Came here on a sunday and waited around 20 minutes for a table. Got the #2 dry noodles with soup on the side. I love having both the rice and egg noodles and the sauce in this was so flavorful. Note that this is a cash only place.

Came here on a Saturday for lunch... the place is pretty small inside with limited seating, so the wait can be a bit long. I ordered the #2 with egg noodle, dry. I thought it was pretty good, but honestly, I've had better. I like that the portions were generous and the soup came with quail eggs. The service was a bit slow and they ran out of bean sprouts with my order. I would come back again to try the other noodle soups on the menu.

The dry noodles and sauce was amazing! I tried the number 2 Nam Vang rice noodles and egg noodles combo. The egg noodles were al dente with a bite and the rice noodles were chewy and soft. All of which soaked up the yummy sauce. I like Nam vang cuz it's a combination of meat and seafood. The toppings even included real crispy pork rinds. The soup was also yummy. The greens were good to add in to make you feel healthy but no really it added another great and fragrant dimension to the dry noodle experience. The service was super friendly!

The is a gem! You have to try this place. I even took my mom and some friends here and they all loved it. My go to is they #4 Dry with soup on the side and you can also request for wet, which means with soup or like a soup noodle. I'll add extra pork skin, deep fried pork fat! It's simple and tasty. It's a must try hole in the wall when you are in SoCal!!! Pls add me if you like my vibe!
